I guess Honda reduced the power in the same way than the German specification. At the German spec. they used longer vacuum piston.

You don't need align the holes. There is a flute/grove? at the Air Joint (it's name in maintenance manual) which connects both holes in every position you fasten the fork tubes. By the way it's not for flowing oil, it's for pressure compensation. Becuase you can fill in one tube air only. I hope you...
