Hello.
As a Honda fan am i now a proud owner of a VF1000R 1984 in excellent shape.
I know that the bikes delivered to Sweden had a reduced output to 100 Hp.
Is there anyone out there that know how this reducteion of power was done ?

Welcome to this Forum.
I guess Honda reduced the power in the same way than the German specification. At the German spec. they used longer vacuum piston.

Thank you.

I have also heard that there was a distance wascher in the carburetor vacum piston that will give the same result.

Anyway therer are more than enough power in the bike .
